Hey Darian

The fact that you said yes to this sprint matters. A lot of people who are going through a hard time just keep going through it. They don't try anything. They don't ask for better. They just endure. You agreed to show up for 21 days and try something different. That already says something about you.

This sprint is not going to ask you to suddenly be happy or pretend things are better than they are. What it's going to do is ask you to pay attention, be honest, and take a few small actions every single day that start to shift the direction you're moving in.

Here's the truth: the way you feel right now is not a permanent condition. It is a pattern. Patterns can be changed. Not overnight, not with one big dramatic moment, but through small consistent choices made every single day. That's what these 21 days are about.

You don't need to know what happiness looks like for you right now. That's actually one of the things we're going to figure out through this process. All you need right now is to show up each day and be honest. That's it.

Let's go.

✏️

Before Day 1 — Write Your Answers

No right answers. Nobody is grading this. This is just you, being honest with yourself.

How would you honestly describe how you feel most days? Not the "I'm good" answer — the real one.

When was the last time you genuinely felt good, even for a moment? What was happening?

What do you think has been weighing on you the most? Just name it, even if it's just one word.

What would "better" look like for you, even if you can't picture "happy" yet?

What is one thing you are committing to for these 21 days? Write it in one sentence.

How Each Day Works

Morning (5-10 min): A short coaching note and writing prompts to start your day pointed in the right direction. Your daily joy practice reminder is here too.

Midday (2 min): One quick check-in question. Just to make sure you haven't completely checked out by lunchtime.

Evening (10 min): Reflect on your day and report back on your joy practice. That's the whole structure. Show up every day and be as honest as you can.

End of Week 1

Week 1 Check-In

Integration

You've just completed seven days of the most honest work in this whole sprint. Seven days of looking at where you are, what you're carrying, and what you've been telling yourself. That's not easy. Most people avoid that their whole lives. You did it in a week.

Before Week 2 begins, sit with these questions honestly.

✏️

Week 1 Reflection

What were the three most significant things you wrote about this week — the moments where something felt most true?

What is the heaviest thing you're carrying? Not to solve it right now. Just to name it clearly.

Look back at your joy practices from this week. What worked? What gave you even a small lift?

On Day 1 you described how you feel. What would you say now after one week?

What is your one clear commitment for Week 2? One sentence.

Week 2 starts tomorrow. The work shifts now. Less looking back, more building forward.

End of Week 2

Week 2 Check-In

The Deepening

Two weeks done. You've looked honestly at where you are, what you're carrying, and who you want to become. You've started building small habits of self-respect and intentionality. That's real work.

Before the final week begins, sit with these questions fully.

✏️

Week 2 Reflection

What was the biggest shift from Week 2 — the thing that landed hardest or felt most true?

Look at your full joy practice list from both weeks. What consistently works for you?

Who are you becoming? Describe the version of yourself you've been building toward.

What is your one commitment for the final week? One sentence.

The last seven days are about living it. Let's go.

🏆

You're Just Getting Started

Twenty-one days. You showed up for yourself consistently, every single day. You were honest when it was easier not to be. You kept going.

What This Means

The version of you that exists on Day 21 is not the destination. He's the starting point. The habits you've built — paying attention to what gives you a lift, being honest with yourself, choosing intentionally rather than just defaulting — those are yours now. They don't expire when the sprint ends.

Whenever you need it, come back and run this sprint again. It will meet you exactly where you are. You can run it when you feel yourself slipping back into old patterns, when life gets heavy, or when you simply want the structure of something consistent to anchor you.

The sprint is always here. So is the version of you that keeps showing up for it.

✏️

Final Reflection

Who were you on Day 1 and who are you today? Describe the difference as specifically and honestly as you can.

What are the top five things on your joy list — the things that most consistently gave you a genuine lift?

What is the most important thing you are taking forward from this sprint?

Your final statement. One or two sentences. Who are you now and what are you committed to?
