Sacred Path of Light · Legacy Series
Your companion for Facebook & Google Ads for Soul-Led Entrepreneurs. A reusable planner for the strategy and creative work behind every campaign you run.
How to use this
This is a working planner for the parts of running ads you'll come back to every time you launch a new campaign, your strategy, your ad copy angles, your visuals, and your results. Export a campaign to PDF when it's ready, then use the reset buttons to clear the fields and plan your next one.
Every entry saves automatically in your browser, on this specific device, as you type, so you can close this page and pick up exactly where you left off. Each tab has its own export to PDF button, and the final tab lets you export the complete planner as one document.
Before You Build Anything
Ads amplify what's already true. A strong offer gets stronger reach, a weak offer gets weak results faster and more expensively. Get honest here before opening any ad platform.
Readiness check
If any of these are missing, the better move is building that foundation first. Ads won't fix an offer or a system that isn't ready yet.
This campaign's one specific goal
Growing the community, filling a challenge, selling a course, booking calls, launching a book. One goal, not several vague ones at once.
Which platform, and why
Facebook reaches people based on interests and behavior, people who fit a profile but weren't necessarily looking for this today.
Google reaches people already actively searching, they've expressed intent just by typing in a search. It generally takes longer to gather data than Facebook.
Funnel destination
Match the destination to the goal: a challenge needs a dedicated signup page, a Skool community can go straight to the about page, a direct offer needs its own sales page, calls need a booking page, a list needs an opt-in plus nurture sequence.
Budget: testing vs scaling
A testing budget gathers data, it isn't meant to generate a return yet. Smaller and well-structured beats spreading a limited budget across too many campaigns.
Facebook Ads
One polished version isn't enough. Facebook's delivery system reads creative diversity as a real signal, so build several genuinely different angles, not five versions of the same one.
Working With AI Well
Feed it real context first, the offer, the audience, the transformation, the tone, a few real phrases you already use. Ask for angles by name, not just "5 versions." Treat the first draft as a starting point, read it aloud, cut anything that sounds like generic AI copy, and revise until it sounds like you.
Visual concept, matched to this exact angle's tone, not just the general topic. Mood, setting, style.
Coherence check
Look at each copy and image together. If it feels like two things stapled together rather than one thought, regenerate.
Google Ads
Google strategy starts with the offer and the goal, then works backward to the search intent that supports it.
Search phrases
A rough list someone looking for this offer would actually type, from broad and early to specific and ready to act.
Search Ad Copy
Up to 15 headlines (30 characters each) and 4 descriptions (90 characters each), built as 2 to 3 distinct angle sets.
Headlines (30 char max each)
Descriptions (90 char max each)

Descriptions (90 char max each)
Callouts & sitelinks
Extra trust and clickable real estate on the ad.
Performance Max Assets
PMax asset notes
Headlines, long headlines (up to 90 characters), and descriptions, with one short headline and one short description for compact placements. Fill as completely as possible, incomplete asset groups limit how the campaign can serve.
Launch Day & Beyond
A campaign going live isn't the finish line. The real skill is in reading results, refreshing creative, and adjusting over time.
Before launching
Launch date & learning phase window
Search generally exits learning in 1 to 2 weeks, Performance Max often takes 4 to 6. Avoid making changes too quickly, edits during this window can reset the process.
Metrics That Matter
Cost per result, click-through rate, frequency, and return on ad spend for anything tied to sales.
Cost per conversion, click-through rate, impression share, and Quality Score for Search specifically.
What to adjust
Look at creative first, it's the primary performance lever now, before touching budget or objective. For Search, refine keywords and negatives. For PMax, adding more assets usually helps more than adjusting bids.
Bringing It Together
Facebook and Google aren't an either-or choice, they cover different moments in the same customer journey.
Full-funnel sequencing
A brand new offer often benefits from starting with Facebook first, an offer people already search for can start directly with Google. Testing one platform first, then adding the second once it's generating real data, tends to work better than spreading thin immediately.
Remarketing audiences
The Meta Pixel fires for every website visitor regardless of platform, so a Facebook Custom Audience naturally captures warm traffic from both Google and Facebook in one place.
✦ Ads Are a Practice, Not a One-Time Setup
The systems in this planner are meant to be reused for every new offer going forward. Keep both campaigns running and let the data guide the next adjustment, rather than starting over each time.
Book Launch Ad Plan
A book launch has a short, defined window, which makes Facebook the right platform here.
Before the launch
Pre-order ads with a direct ask, early access or a pre-order bonus, giving people a concrete reason to act early while the pixel builds a warm audience.
During the launch
Urgency-focused ads driving direct sales, sent to a dedicated book landing page, running several distinct angles at once. This is also the mechanism behind an Amazon bestseller push.
After the launch
Retarget people who engaged but didn't buy with a different ad, a review, a testimonial, an excerpt, then decide whether to shift into evergreen or pause until the next push.
